This 5 złoty circulating commemorative coin is part of Narodowy Bank Polski’s “Discover Poland” series. It presents the Palace and Park Complex in Kozłówka, one of Poland’s best-preserved former aristocratic estates and an officially recognised Historic Monument.
The reverse depicts a view through the cresting of the complex’s main gate towards the courtyard and the front façade of the palace with its characteristic towers. The obverse contains the Polish state emblem, denomination and year of issue.
The bimetallic coin was designed by Dobrochna Surajewska and struck by Mennica Polska for Narodowy Bank Polski. It has a diameter of 24 mm, weighs 6.54 g and has a maximum mintage of 1,000,000 pieces. Its purpose is to promote Polish architectural heritage through an accessible coin intended for broad public circulation.
